The Avant Car fleet rental for business purposes

We advise our clients how to optimise - from the point of view of costs and use - their car fleet taking into consideration their requirements and expectations. We are well aware of the fact that there are no two equal car fleets and that the requirements vary so we address each matter individually.

Prior to advising we gather information about the existing car fleet, costs and requirements. On the basis of a thorough analysis we will prepare, in co-operation with you, a plan and the intervals of replacing your vehicles with ours; the plan will include the definition of the rental, provide advice as to the types of vehicles, optimum equipment and frequency rate, all of which in line with what is best for the operation of your company.

As far as we are concerned, the deal is far from being completed when you take over the vehicles since our goal is to establish a long-term relationship based on mutual satisfaction with all our clients.

Some companies decide on complete outsourcing while others prefer a purchase-rental combination. However, the majority of companies cannot afford to replace the entire fleet overnight and they replace individual vehicles gradually; needless to say, Avant Car d.o.o. deals in selling vehicles as well.

All-inclusive operative lease
The Avant Car d.o.o. Company specializes in the service of all-inclusive operative lease. Our partners, authorized car dealers, authorized service technicians for engine and tyres will join us in providing you servicing, help and assistance on the road all over Slovenia.

Since Avant Car d.o.o. is a holder of the National franchise this support network applies also to all member states of the European Union and to the states of the former Yugoslavia, which guarantees you will never be left alone on the road.

Monthly rental includes all of the costs that have to do with perfect operating conditions of your vehicle:

• insurance (basic, comprehensive and passenger insurance),
• registration of the vehicle,
• complete service maintenance of the vehicle (scheduled and unscheduled) in compliance with the standards of the vehicle manufacturers, and
• 24 hours a day 7 days a week assistance free of charge in Slovenia, in other member states of the European Union, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro,
• substitute vehicle free of charge while your vehicle is being serviced (scheduled and unscheduled servicing) or breakdown on the road,
• winter and summer tyres, their mounting and dismounting as well as storage.

In co-operation with our partners we arrange for optimal financial conditions, take care of damage claims, see to the registration of the vehicle, answer eventual claims under guarantee, collect and deliver a vehicle to be serviced; moreover, if you need a substitute vehicle, we deliver it to you free of charge. Substitute vehicles always match you vehicle as to the size, they have air conditioning, audio system, safety package and are less than 12 months old.

Monthly rental price remains fixed for the entire rental period. It depends on how you anticipate using the vehicle. Consequently, you can monitor the cash flows of your company in a simple, effective and transparent manner.

After the rental period has expired, there are no additional costs to be charged, you simply return the vehicle and choose a new one.
In financing a leasing purchase, a lessee needs a minor amount of own sources. The remaining sources are thus available for the basic activity of the company and they ensure a rate of return which is higher than the costs of leasing.

In case of rental for business purposes, long-term liabilities do not affect the balance sheet of a company. Installments are treated as costs and the costs of depreciation are covered by the Lessor.
